Get in touch

Men Behaving Dadly is a charity run by and for dads and male carers, we launched our first session on January 29, 2000 with six pilot sessions and have grown in strength since then.

At Men Behaving Dadly, we create a warm and friendly environment that provides positive opportunities for safe, supported, and creative play sessions for dads, male carers, and their children. MBD has at its core a commitment to enabling relationship building between dads/male carers and their children, raising self-esteem, increasing confidence in parenting, promoting the values of play and combating the sense of isolation many dads feel.

Our mission is to encourage quality time, strengthen relationships, and highlight the importance of play in family life.

Come and join us for fun and engaging play sessions where fathers and male carers can bond with their children through various creative activities. We welcome dad’s, male carers, and their children, with activities tailored to children from 0 – 14years.

Men Behaving Dadly is a registered charity (No. 1142534). We are supportive of other dads’ and kids’ clubs; however, we kindly ask any organisations using the name “Men Behaving Dadly” or planning to do so to choose a different name. As a registered charity, our name is protected, and our imagery is copyrighted. The rise of similar projects with the same or similar names over the years has led to confusion for those searching for us online.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

"MBD has been great for us as a family – I love spending quality time with my children. Even when I arrive feeling tired and drained after working long hours all week and sometimes I come home and my wife says, ‘You’re in a good mood’ – and I realise it’s because of MBD. It’s a chance to check in with friends, see how we’re all doing, and feel part of something. The atmosphere is always welcoming, with fun crafts and meaningful projects happening all year round. Huge thanks to all of you – what a great group. I’m really lucky to have found it."
