💚

At Men Behaving Dadly a charity for dads and children, one of the things at the heart of what we do is looking after our wellbeing.

In our group, some dads talk openly about how they’re feeling, and others prefer to keep things a little closer to the chest — and that’s absolutely fine. We’ve got some great listeners and plenty of dads with years of “dadding” experience who are always happy to offer guidance, share a laugh, or simply listen. Everyone’s welcome here — dads from every background, experience, and stage of the journey.

The one thing we all have in common? We’re dads who want the best for our families 💙

This year we’ve focused a lot on wellbeing — and what a year it’s been! From crafting and playing games, to trips to the zoo, DadFest, cinema visits, orienteering, litter picks, children’s plays, circus shows, berry picking, jam making, library visits, and picnics in the park, facepaint sessions, wellbeing sessions, featured on BBC brekky — every moment has boosted our spirits. Even just sharing a brew and a chat can make a world of difference ☕💬

So on this World Mental Health Day, remember: you’re never alone.

If you ever need a bit of support, or just want to meet other dads and have a laugh, drop us a message or join us for an MBD session — we’d love to see you!
